How to get in touch:
Claim your Free Hotshots Shirt
If you have signed up at school or our centre for coaching, you can claim a free Tennis Australia Hotshots Shirt. Click here and enter Venue Name: Ferny Hills Tennis Centre & click select. Enter your child’s details and follow the prompts. TA will post us a Free hotshots t-shirt for your child. We will hand this shirt out to your child in their lesson when it does arrive. Please note it can take weeks/months to arrive.
How to book each term
In week 8 of each Term an email will be sent out advising that enrolments for the new term are now open. You will need to book in online each term via the portal to keep your lesson day/time.
Direct Debit Bookings:
Your child will be re-enrolled in their current day/time every term automatically. Please check your direct debit confirmation email at the start of the term to ensure you have been correctly enrolled in the programs you want as occasionally errors can occur in this automated process.
If you wish to change to another lesson or not continue the following Term, please email Leanne 3 weeks prior to the next Term starting to ensure you are not charged and new pupils can book your spot.
Holiday Programs are offered during the school holidays and can be made online
Wet Weather Decisions
If it rains before the lesson has started, we decide 30mins prior to each session if the courts are playable or not. Your child’s coach will directly SMS you if the lesson has been cancelled. Please ensure you have an appropriate contact number listed under your child’s name.
School Lessons go ahead regardless of rain in a designated undercover area at all schools apart from St Williams School. Please ask your coach where to meet in the event of wet weather. St Williams School pupils will receive a SMS from the coach if the courts are unplayable & the lesson can’t go ahead.
How to notify us if you are away for a lesson
Please notify your coach that you will be absent through the portal.
Log into the portal
Select Classes from the top menu
Find the class you will be absent for and select VIEW
Choose the date you will be away and select Cancel Session
Follow the prompts & a lesson credit will be added to your account when a min of 8hrs notice has been given.
Make up Lessons (see T&C's below)
Make up lesson bookings are self managed through the portal.
When you cancel a session through the portal & give a min of 8hrs notice, or your coach cancels your lesson due to wet weather, you will automatically receive a “lesson credit” on your account. You can then use this lesson credit to book into a make-up lesson following the instructions below.
Log into the portal
Select Coaching from the top menu & Click Redeem Lesson Credit
Select the name of the pupil and click Redeem (N.B make note of the name of your lesson credit type)
Select "Make-up"
Look through the calendar & Select a class with the same lesson credit type highlighted next to it and click Redeem.
Follow the prompts to book into this make up lesson.
Private Lessons
Please follow the same process to notify your coach if you are away, however you will need to coordinate make up lessons directly with your coach and these will be subject to their availability. The same 8hrs min notice also applies to private lessons.
Semi Private Lessons – if one player can still attend, the lesson will go ahead and no make-up offered.

Make up lesson Terms & Conditions
To receive a make- up lesson credit you need to cancel the session a min of 8hrs prior.
Make-up Lessons are offered as a courtesy, subject to availability, & limited to 2 make up sessions per term.
You need to book & attend your make-up lesson before the end of term as your lesson credit expires at the end of term.
Make Up Lessons are not carried over to the new term nor do we offer credit vouchers or refunds for lessons not attended at the end of the term.
Memberships
Bronze Memberships are included in every pupil’s term fees which allow our players to play with a parent member, subject to availability, during off peak hours. Please refer to our membership T&C’s for more details.
Parent Memberships are available to all parents of children who are enrolled in our coaching or match play programs so you can practice with your child during off peak hours at a generously discounted court hire rate! This also gives you online booking access. Parent memberships are an affordable way to play tennis regularly with your family and can be purchased online through the portal.
Log into the portal
Select Memberships in the top menu, Join Now, Parent Membership (Hotshots/School’s programs) & follow the prompts.
If your child is enrolled in the futures program, you select Parent Membership (Futures Program).
N.B your membership may take up to 48hrs to be processed and approved so please don’t wait until you want to book a court to sign up as your membership will not have been processed that quickly and the discounted court hire rate will not be applied until it has been approved.
Membership Court Hire T&C’s Reminder:

If you hire a court using your member number, you must also be playing with another member of the club. If not, your booking needs to be a standard court hire booking.

It is your responsibility to be aware of the membership booking conditions. Failure to comply may result in your membership being suspended.
